This third album from the Dallas metal band is sure to have fans head-banging the night away. After the loss of their lead singer and adapting to a new one, they produce an album with a great mix of heavy head bangers and rock ballads. The album is full of rich lyrics, from "You think it's over, well I've come too far, to back down now" and “Walk away, walk away, you made an enemy.” They add reverb on the vocals and guitar; and when it would normally be a bad idea, they make it work. A song aptly named ‘Soldiers’ is a heavy tribute to our men and women fighting overseas. It’s a moving song that shows the support they have for the soldiers who are still fighting. Moving on from hard times and working hard proved to be a step in the right direction for Drowning Pool. They cover all the bases with this album.
