BV: What do you do for fun on tour?
Darroh: This is what I like doing more than anything else. The travelling, I hate making albums. This is the best part, meeting new people. I mean my drummer and keyboardist… they like to party a lot.

BV: What are you guys like when you're not on tour? Are you the same?
Darroh: Yeah, pretty much.

BV: What kind of music do you like listening to?
Darroh: I love all music. Old gospel, old country, bluegrass, you name it.

BV: What gets stuck in your head the most of all, style wise?
Darroh: That's a tough one. It changes quite often.

BV: What do you think of our country's current state of affairs?
Darroh: Wow... I would need a 500 count essay for that one...

BV: Would you say you're more optimistic, pessimistic or indifferent?
Darroh: I would say pessimistic. It’s always hope for the best, but expect the worst.

BV: If there was any one person you could meet, who would it be and what would you talk about?
Darroh: I don't want to sound generic, but if I could meet maybe Jesus or Martin Luther King.

BV: I'm going to ask for your favorite things.. Color?
Darroh: Blacks and greys.

BV: Nice, I'm prone to grey myself. Word?
Darroh: Hrm.. I don't know..

BV: I'll talk my mom for example. Doesn't matter what's going on, but its a little word that starts with first letter of the following words: sugar, honey, ice, tea. It’s pretty funny.
Darroh: Haha, that's good. Oh, I do have one from old Will Ferrell outakes.. Ahh, peaches. I tend to say that a lot.

BV: Great. Time of Day?
Darroh: Evening.

BV: City you've visited? Could be big or small.
Darroh: I like Sacramento, CA a lot and Portland, OR too.

BV: Really?! Wow.. I must be in the wrong areas. I'm not a fan of Sacramento too much. Maybe I'm out in the outskirts too much instead of the downtown area... Favorite animal?
Darroh: I would say a porcupine.
